Pawson Park, Branford

As phase one of many phases of a full exterior facelift for this home in Branford, we rebuilt this third floor balcony deck with an incredible view of the Long Island Sound.

We reframed the flat roof below the deck, installed a new rubber roof membrane, and then installed TimberTech Vintage Coastline decking (our favorite!) with a drink rail that will surely be used!

This is the first of five decks we will be rebuilding on this house, and is a beauty!
