At nearly 700 square feet, this expansive deck project is one of our biggest deck projects to date.
We installed ~1,600 lineal feet of Azek TimberTech Vintage decking in 7.25” wide planks, and installed a Feeney Cable Rail system. This new deck compliments the beautifully remodeled home well and finishes off the outdoor living space.
All surfaces below the decking were taped to protect the framing and ensure a long lasting product.
We used color matched fascia boards and decking to enclose the space below the deck with an intricate lattice detail.
We installed landscape fabric and gravel below the deck to allow for proper ventilation below the deck.
